To provide education to patient's in our service area, as a reference to promote health to COPD patients.

Service Area:

Region comprising the tri-cities; Kingsport, Johnson City, and Bristol and the surrounding smaller towns and communities in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.

Southwest Virginia is a located in a mountainous region of Virginia, on the tip of the state.
